Workout 02/05/2012

This is from yesterday.  I didn’t workout on the 4th, but I made sure to right back into things again.  I went for run on the treadmill (including 10 minute warm-up, 52 minutes running, 2 minute cool-down): 

64 minutes  -  6.28 miles  -  745 calories

This is from yesterday:  I went for a run on the treadmill and did 3 sets of 35 crunches & 20 push-ups (girly style, I’m not that strong … yet).
