This is from yesterday.  Went for a run on the treadmill:

65 minutes  -  6.32 miles  -  675 calories

Wow, I am behind on posting. So hopefully today I’ll get all caught up and no longer have back-dated workout posts LOL.  I went for a run on the treadmill (10 minute warm-up, 53 minutes running, 2 minute cool-down):

65 minutes  -  6.36 miles  -  703 calories

I think my camera phone got lens got smudged or something, oh well.
