Workout 02/05/2012

This is from yesterday.  I didn’t workout on the 4th, but I made sure to right back into things again.  I went for run on the treadmill (including 10 minute warm-up, 52 minutes running, 2 minute cool-down): 

64 minutes  -  6.28 miles  -  745 calories
