I know if you live somewhere cold it can be hard to workout outside in the wintertime, but if it’s not too cold, get out and move around.  Do you have stairs?  Those too can be a great source of exercise.  A hula-hoop (weighted ones really work out your abs) or a jump-rope can work well too.  The more you move around, the better.  

Hope that helps.  I know it’s tough when the conveniences of machines aren’t there, but you can find a way! :)
