Hmm, well building endurance is a gradual process. How long can you run now (without over-exertion?) Even if it’s 5 minutes, that’s a great starting place. Do something you can do everyday. 5 minutes (maybe 10?) for a week or two. Then start adding a minute or two each week. That’s how I went from running a mile to running 6. The key is not to kill youself in the process. Do what is manageable, because then you can do it again the next day.
