This was from 2 days ago. I went for a run. 10 minute warm-up, 51 minutes running, 2 minute cool-down.
63 minutes - 6.11 miles - 662 calories

We all have those days. I gained like 5 pounds after my holiday 2 week vacation back home and I know it sucks. But use that energy of how much you hate the fat and to no longer be the fat friend to commit to eating better and working out more. That’s the key … remembering how much you hate this feeling can fuel you through any workout and diet plan.
I know it’s hard. You can do this! :)
Sorry everyone for all the obnoxious starbucks and nude posts. Definitely not mine. I can’t believe my account got hacked. I think I fixed the problem ….
I have managed to lose my weight by restricting my caloric intake, eating healthy foods, and exercising. So I guess I’m not really a fan of the diet drugs. Years ago, I remember trying pills because I was so desperate to be skinny, but honestly I think they are unnecessary and cost a lot of money. There are certain vitamins that should help you out though. For one, definitely take a multi-vitamin, so your body doesn’t create cravings for a missing nutrient. Also, white bean extract is supposed to be good at reducing the amount of fat your body absorbs from meals. But I would say lot’s of green tea, water, and fiber rich plant foods should help you suppress your appetite.
Hope that helps! :)
Today (well I guess technically yesterday since it’s midnight) I did an hour on the stair-master.
Calories: 729.7

Didn’t workout yesterday, but went for a run first thing this morning. Afterwards, did 3 sets of 16 push-ups and 35 crunches.
1 hour 5 minutes, 6.23 miles, 776.9 calories.

This machine had a 5 minute cool-down setting instead of my usual 2 minute cool-down.
