Workout 12/27/11
This is my workout from yesterday. I’ve been out and about so uploading photos from my phone have been delayed. I did an hour of cardio (10 minute fast inclined walk, 50 min run, 2 minute cool-down).
62 minutes: 6.02 miles: 625 calories.

Workout 12/26/11
This is from yesterday. Drove out to the gym (which is really far away from my parents, part of the reason the whole workout deal is much harder with my visit). The stairclimber was way different than the one I use at home. I had a harder time burning calories on it; only 300 after 40 minutes. So then I switched to my old reliable, the treadmill, for ~ 40 minutes.

Workout 12/21/11
Yes, I know this a few days old, but it’s my last workout in awhile and I’m hoping by posting it today, it will motivate me to find a way to workout (I’m out of town visiting).

Kinda Freakin Out
Ugh, so I’m headed home for the holidays, which is great … but I’m going to lose so much of what I like to control. I go to the gym, almost everyday. I don’t have easy access to any kind of workout equipment while I’m there though. Now I’ve been told that it’s below zero temperatures, with heavy and cold snow. So much for going outside for a run. Intake & Such 12/20/11
Wow, I have been really bad about writing down my intake. This is from yesterday:
Dinner: late 9:00p.m.
bf and I did shabu shabu (Japanese hot pot) with cabbage, chrysanthamum, broccolli stems, spinach, baby kale, and tofu. Brown rice. I also had 12 unsalted roasted almonds.
He also had pork, but I was doing my best to do vegan and I’m glad I passed on it.

Workout 12/20/11
Today I did an hour on the stair-master. I didn’t want to, but I told myself it would only be an hour and I got through it and worked harder than I thought I would :)
time: 62 minutes, 22 seconds (~2 minutes to cool-down)
calories: 712.4 (breaking 700 means high intensity for me)

Today I went for a run on the treadmill. 10 minute warm-up, 50 minutes of running, 2 minute cool-down and managed to hit 6 miles doing it! :)
